- Mowing

- Weekly March through October, Bi-Weekly in November
- Monthly December through February
- Lawn clippings are removed weekly
- Edging (Bi-Weekly)

- Includes driveways, sidewalks, curbs, fence lines and beds
- Pruning

- Hedges will be trimmed and maintained as needed
- Hand pruning on rhododendrons and maples
- Weed Management

- Twice each year, a special Pre-Emergent
- Weed barrier treatment is applied prior to germination for maximum impact
- Weeds and greases in beds, walkways, fence lines and along curbs are treated each week
- Fertilization

- A balanced fertilizer is applied as needed
- Lawn moss is tended to as needed
- Granular limestone is applied each winter to condition the soil
- Landscape Clean-Up

- Lawn clippings are removed
- Driveways and walkways are blown off
- Debris will be removed from other non-lawn areas on an ongoing basis
- Leaf removal is gradual, beginning in October and continues through the fall and winter months
